ag3ntHUB Privacy Policy

ag3ntHUB ("we," "us," or "our") is a productivity and social media planning platform for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy describes how ag3ntHUB collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services (the "Service") at ag3nthub.com.

ag3ntHUB functions as an Instagram Content Planner & Scheduler for Real Estate Professionals, allowing users to organize, prepare, review, schedule, and publish their own content to their connected Instagram Professional account.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.

ag3ntHUB may collect information reasonably necessary to provide its services, including:

• Account information — your name, email address, and professional profile details provided during registration.
• Professional/profile information — real estate professional details such as license number, brokerage, and contact information you choose to provide.
• Property/listing information — property details, addresses, descriptions, and related data you input or import.
• Content uploaded or selected by the user — photos, media files, captions, and other content you choose to prepare for publishing.
• Social media scheduling information — selected publication dates, times, and scheduling preferences you configure.
• Application usage information — how you interact with the Service, including feature usage and device/browser information.
• Connected third-party account information — information from linked accounts (such as Instagram) when you authorize access.

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for our users.

ag3ntHUB allows users to voluntarily connect their own Instagram Professional account. When a user authorizes Instagram access, ag3ntHUB may access information permitted by the Instagram API and authorized by the user.

The purpose of this integration is to allow users to:

• Connect their Instagram Professional account
• Prepare content for Instagram
• Select photos and media for publication
• Organize upcoming posts
• View scheduled content in a planner or calendar
• Select publication dates and times
• Schedule posts
• Publish posts to their own Instagram account
• Manage the status of scheduled posts

ag3ntHUB only performs Instagram actions authorized or configured by the authenticated user. We do not perform actions on Instagram that the user has not initiated or approved.

Users may prepare and schedule content for their Instagram Feed. Depending on supported Instagram API capabilities and the user's account permissions, this may include:

• Single-image posts
• Multiple-image posts (carousels)
• Captions and text content
• Scheduled Feed posts for future publication

The specific content types supported depend on the capabilities of the authorized Instagram API and the permissions granted by the user's Instagram Professional account.

Depending on supported Instagram API capabilities and the user's account permissions, ag3ntHUB may allow users to prepare and schedule supported content for Instagram Stories. Story publishing functionality is subject to Instagram API capabilities and is only available where explicitly supported by the platform.

ag3ntHUB does not access private Stories, private messages, direct messages, or any unrelated Instagram account information beyond what is necessary for the user's authorized content planning and publishing actions.

ag3ntHUB provides a planner interface that allows users to organize their upcoming Instagram content using a calendar-style view. The planner may display:

• Post thumbnail or preview image
• Associated property or listing
• Scheduled date
• Scheduled time
• Content type
• Publishing status (e.g., Draft, Scheduled, Published, Failed)

The planner is an organizational and publishing tool designed to help real estate professionals manage their Instagram content. It is not an Instagram advertising management platform, and ag3ntHUB does not create or manage advertising campaigns through the Instagram integration.

Users maintain full control over their Instagram integration, including:

• Which Instagram account is connected
• Which content is selected for publishing
• Which media and photos are used
• What content is scheduled
• The publication date for each post
• The publication time for each post
• Whether scheduled content should be published

ag3ntHUB publishes content only through an authorized connection and according to the user's configured settings. Users can review, modify, or cancel scheduled content at any time before publication.

When a user schedules content, ag3ntHUB may automatically execute the publishing action at the date and time selected by the user. This server-side scheduled publishing means the user does not need to keep their browser open or maintain an active session for the post to be published.

Scheduled publishing occurs only for:

• The authenticated user's connected Instagram account
• Content belonging to that user
• A schedule configured or authorized by that user

ag3ntHUB never allows one user's scheduled content to publish to another user's Instagram account. Each scheduled publishing action is associated with a single user's authorized Instagram connection.

ag3ntHUB integrates with third-party services such as Meta and Instagram to provide its content planning and publishing functionality. Use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

ag3ntHUB is not sponsored by, owned by, endorsed by, or operated by Meta or Instagram. Meta and Instagram are trademarks of their respective owners. Users are encouraged to review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies when connecting their accounts.

Instagram-related information accessed through the integration is used only as reasonably necessary to:

• Establish and maintain the authorized Instagram connection
• Identify the connected Professional account
• Prepare supported publishing actions
• Schedule content as configured by the user
• Execute user-authorized publishing actions
• Track publishing status and results
• Maintain integration functionality
• Troubleshoot publishing errors and issues

ag3ntHUB does not use Instagram information for unrelated purposes, such as advertising, profiling, or selling data to third parties.

ag3ntHUB does not sell users' personal information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise sell your data to third parties.

Information may be processed by trusted service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, including:

• Infrastructure and hosting services
• Authentication and account management
• Third-party integrations (such as Instagram)
• Content scheduling and publishing systems
• Security and fraud prevention
• Customer support

Service providers are bound by obligations to protect your information and are only permitted to use it as necessary to provide services to ag3ntHUB.

ag3ntHUB is a multi-user SaaS application. Each authenticated user's private information remains isolated and is not shared with or accessible by other users. This includes:

• Property listings
• Uploaded media and photos
• Planner content and scheduled posts
• Instagram connections and credentials
• Access tokens and authorization data
• Profile and account information

A real estate professional using ag3ntHUB can never access another user's private planner, posts, Instagram connection, or account-specific data. Data isolation is enforced at the application level for all user-owned records.

Users can disconnect their Instagram account from ag3ntHUB at any time through the application's Connected Accounts settings.

When Instagram is disconnected, ag3ntHUB will:

• Stop future Instagram publishing through that connection
• Stop pending scheduled Instagram posts from executing until a new authorized connection is established
• Mark the integration as disconnected
• Stop using the previous Instagram authorization
• Handle stored authorization credentials appropriately

Disconnecting Instagram does not automatically delete unrelated ag3ntHUB information, such as property listings, uploaded media, or other account data. Users may separately request deletion of their full account data as described in the Data Deletion Requests section below.

Users may request deletion of information associated with their ag3ntHUB account or Instagram integration. We support the following data deletion mechanisms:

• In-App Account Deletion — Users can permanently delete their ag3ntHUB account and associated data through the application's Settings page. This action removes account information, listings, media, planner content, and Instagram connection data.
• Instagram Data Deletion — When a user requests data deletion through Meta's platform (e.g., by removing the app from their Meta/Instagram settings), ag3ntHUB automatically processes the deletion request and removes the associated Instagram connection data, including stored authorization tokens and account identifiers.
• Instagram Disconnection — Users can disconnect their Instagram account at any time through the Connected Accounts settings, which immediately stops all Instagram-related data processing.

To submit a data deletion request, use the in-app account deletion feature in Settings, or disconnect your Instagram account from the Connected Accounts section. These mechanisms are available to all authenticated users without requiring additional support contact.

ag3ntHUB retains user information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate purposes, including:

• Providing and maintaining the Service
• Maintaining the user's account
• Security and fraud prevention
• Troubleshooting and technical support
• Legal compliance obligations
• Resolving disputes and enforcing agreements

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention practices.

ag3ntHUB implements reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include access controls, encrypted connections, and data isolation between user accounts.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

ag3ntHUB may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage users to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we collect and protect information.

If material changes are made, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
