User Data Deletion

ag3ntHUB provides several mechanisms for users to request deletion of data associated with their account and connected Instagram integration. This page explains each option and how to submit a deletion request.

1. Disconnect Instagram

If you have an ag3ntHUB account, you can disconnect your Instagram Professional account at any time from the Settings → Connected Accounts section within the application.

When Instagram is disconnected, ag3ntHUB will:

  • Stop future Instagram publishing through that connection
  • Stop scheduled Instagram posts that require that connection from executing
  • Mark the Instagram integration as disconnected
  • Stop using the previous Instagram authorization
  • Remove or invalidate stored Instagram authorization credentials as appropriate

Disconnecting Instagram does not delete your ag3ntHUB account or unrelated account data. You can reconnect Instagram at any time by reauthorizing access.

2. Delete Instagram-Related Data

If you do not have access to your ag3ntHUB account, or if you have already removed the app from your Instagram/Meta settings and want to confirm deletion of your Instagram-related data, you can submit a request using the form below. We collect only the information reasonably necessary to identify your account.

By submitting this form, you certify that the information provided is accurate and that you are requesting deletion of data associated with the identified account.

3. Delete ag3ntHUB Account

ag3ntHUB supports full account deletion for authenticated users. If you have access to your account, you can permanently delete it and all associated data (including listings, media, planner content, and Instagram connections) through the in-app account deletion feature.

How to delete your account:

  1. Log in to your ag3ntHUB account at ag3nthub.com
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Scroll to the Account Management section
  4. Click Delete Account and confirm the deletion prompt

Account deletion requires authentication and confirmation. Visiting this page does not delete any account — destructive actions require appropriate user verification.

4. What Happens After a Request

After you submit a data deletion request, ag3ntHUB will:

  • Verify the request and confirm your identity or account ownership
  • Review the scope of the deletion requested (Instagram data, account data, or both)
  • Process eligible deletion requests in accordance with applicable requirements
  • Retain only what is necessary for legitimate purposes such as security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution

If additional verification is needed, we will contact you at the email address provided in your request.
